Before Your Appointment, please have:
A current, acceptable government-issued photo ID for each signer
Complete documents ready for notarization (do not sign until instructed by the notary, if your document requires notarization in our presence)
All required signers present
Any witnesses required by your document, unless other arrangements have been made

Important Notice
Submitting an inquiry or appointment request does not create a confirmed appointment. All appointments are subject to availability and will be confirmed by phone, text message, or email.

California notarial fees are regulated by state law and are currently limited to $15 per notarized signature, Apostille authentications are $20 per request and $6 per special handling fee. Travel and specialty service fees are separate and will be discussed in advance.
