Effective Date: 09-20-2026   Last Updated: 09-20-2026

Welcome to The Noble Seal Mobile Notary website. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and its online forms, appointment-request features, information, and other website services.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the website.

1. ABOUT THE NOBLE SEAL MOBILE NOTARY

The Noble Seal Mobile Notary provides mobile notary services and California apostille courier services in Sacramento and surrounding areas.

Field inspection services may also be provided to businesses, vendors, and assigning companies under separate work orders, vendor agreements, or service terms.

2. INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY

Information provided on this website is intended for general informational purposes and to describe the services offered by The Noble Seal. Website information should not be considered legal advice. The Noble Seal does not represent or warrant that general information appearing on this website will apply to every individual situation.

3. NOT AN ATTORNEY OR LAW FIRM

The Noble Seal Mobile Notary is not a law firm. A California notary public is not an attorney unless separately licensed to practice law and may not provide legal advice, prepare legal documents, select a notarial act for a signer, or advise a person concerning the legal effect of a document. Clients who require legal advice should consult a qualified attorney.

4. MOBILE NOTARY SERVICES

Mobile notary services are subject to applicable California notary laws and requirements. Submitting an appointment request through this website does not guarantee that a notarization can or will be performed.

Before a notarization proceeds, The Noble Seal will review the document for notarial readiness and apparent completeness, verify acceptable identification when required, and determine whether applicable notarial requirements can be satisfied. This review is not a legal review of the document and does not constitute legal advice or a determination that the document is legally valid, enforceable, or acceptable to its intended recipient.

5. CALIFORNIA APOSTILLE COURIER SERVICES

The Noble Seal provides California apostille services strictly as a courier service. The Noble Seal does not issue apostilles and does not act on behalf of the California Secretary of State.

The Noble Seal does not review or determine whether a document qualifies for an apostille and does not guarantee that the California Secretary of State will authenticate a submitted document. The Client is responsible for determining what documents and authentication are required for the Client's intended purpose. Issuance of an apostille is determined by the California Secretary of State or other applicable government authority.

6. FIELD INSPECTION SERVICES

Field inspection services may be provided pursuant to work orders, vendor agreements, independent-contractor agreements, or other assignment-specific terms. Field inspections performed by The Noble Seal are not professional home inspections, appraisals, engineering evaluations, environmental assessments, code inspections, title opinions, or guarantees concerning property condition, value, ownership, or occupancy.

7. APPOINTMENT AND SERVICE REQUESTS

Submitting an online form, sending an email, calling, texting, or otherwise requesting service does not create a confirmed appointment. An appointment is confirmed only after The Noble Seal confirms the booking. Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact, appointment, service, document, and location information.

8. ESTIMATED QUOTES AND FEES

Prices displayed on the website or provided in an estimated quote are based upon the information available at the time. The final amount may change if the requested services, number of notarizations, location, waiting time, parking, tolls, shipping, government fees, or other circumstances differ from the information originally provided. California notarial fees will not exceed the maximum permitted by California law. Applicable non-notarial service charges are separate from notarial fees.

9. SERVICE-SPECIFIC AGREEMENTS

Certain services may require acceptance of a separate Client Services Agreement, quote, service confirmation, work order, or other applicable terms. If service-specific terms conflict with these general website Terms, the more specific terms applicable to the particular service or transaction will govern to the extent of the conflict.

10. CANCELLATIONS, PAYMENTS, AND REFUNDS

Cancellation, payment, travel-fee, waiting-time, and refund terms applicable to a particular service are provided in the applicable Client Services Agreement, Appointment Confirmation and Estimated Quote, apostille service agreement, work order, or other service confirmation.

11. NO GUARANTEE OF THIRD-PARTY ACCEPTANCE

A properly performed notarization does not guarantee that a document will be accepted by a court, government agency, financial institution, business, foreign government, consulate, school, employer, or other recipient. Similarly, use of The Noble Seal's apostille courier service does not guarantee that an apostille will be issued or that an authenticated document will be accepted by its intended recipient.

12. WEBSITE ACCURACY

The Noble Seal makes reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current. However, services, availability, prices, policies, laws, government fees, processing times, and third-party requirements may change. The Noble Seal may update or correct website information without prior notice.

13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

This website may contain links to or use services provided by third parties, including scheduling providers, payment processors, mapping services, shipping carriers, government agencies, or other external websites. The Noble Seal does not control independent third-party websites or services and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, availability, or performance.

14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, The Noble Seal's business name, logo, branding, website text, graphics, photographs, forms, and original website content are owned by or licensed to The Noble Seal and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission, except as permitted by law.

15. ACCEPTABLE WEBSITE USE

18. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

By providing contact information in connection with a service inquiry or transaction, you authorize The Noble Seal to communicate with you regarding that inquiry or service by telephone, text message, or email as appropriate. This authorization does not constitute consent to unrelated marketing communications where separate consent is required by law.

19. LIMITATION REGARDING EVENTS OUTSIDE REASONABLE CONTROL

The Noble Seal is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including government closures, government system outages, severe weather, road closures, carrier disruptions, telecommunications failures, emergencies, or similar events.

20. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

The Noble Seal may revise these Terms periodically. The current version and its effective or last-updated date will be posted on this website.

21. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are intended to be governed by applicable laws of the State of California and applicable federal law.
